Not far from the Belgium capital of Brussel lies the historic monument of Waterloo (pronounced Vaterlo: - or close). It isn't much (but I don't remember it too well) but go see a place steeped in history...Napoleon met his Waterloo here...no kidding! That's where the term is from, should you not know ;o)
