Yes, that's right. The car I rented is totally a stick shift! So...I'd like to thank Kathy (and Kasha and Heather who had to live through the trip back from Minneapolis) for teaching me how to drive a stick! Also to Mollie, who I haven't heard from in a while! She helped too! And a big thumbs down to my family for never owning anything that would have made my transition easier.

Well...that said...If you haven't guessed yet, I did manage to rent a car! And...since I'm writing this, I haven't killed anyone with it yet!

Let's see...yesterday I was in Karlstejn to see a really cool castle then I drove to Plzen for the night (where I stayed in a hotel...sorry Amanda...but it had a bath tub!!!). Then I toured Plzen (in English...plzen is PILSEN, yes, like the beer). Pilsner beer was first made in Plzen, Czech Republic. So, I toured the Brewery Museum and the Brewery itself (only tasting the beer though, not really drinking it, the one downfall of having a car).

Then it was time for my 3 hour drive to Cesky Krumlov, which is where I currently am. It is located in the South of the Czech Republic, near Austria. I'm going to chill out here for a while, enjoy not being in a big city and relax!

Re: grrr
I have some, I'll show you them either when I finally catch up on this thing, or more likely, when I get home!
