This is the final blog. I'm not certain who has been reading the blog but I do know that it has been hit 2091 times over the past 10 weeks. When I return I'm going to correct the typo, grammar and spelling errors and print it off and make a book and perhaps also download it on to a few cd's so that I can relive "The Dream" again.. Bob and I have indeed had the most marvellous time travelling for 10 weeks with some wonderful unforgettable experiences and lots of new friends made. B A flight 0246 is flying from Buenos Aires tomorrow (Tuesday lunchtime) and I've booked our seats online soooooh.... it is happening!
Our final day found us going across the world's widest river, the River Plate, to Uruquay to a lovely little city called Colonia del Sacramento. The crossing was an hour and we spent a happy time just wandering and we bumped into the Dutch couple who were in Mendoza with us. We'd done the same trips with the exception that they had been to Montevideo.
Chris is meeting us at Heathrow for breakfast early on Wednesday morning and Tom is meeting us for lunch at Kings Cross. All being well we should be home in York on Wednesday late afternoon and Georgina will collect us from the station. And what a re-union there will be with Katie Moragh - I can't wait to see her.
Here are the final photos from today.

Welcome Home! Well done on your epic journey around the world, and what a spectacular home run from Chile!
Hope you get over the jet lag easily, and find time to just relax at home. Spring is here!
We got home yesterday, via Singapore and Munich. We hope to return to NZ next year, with more time on North Island, concentrating on the NE and Bay of Plenty, but will base ourselves in Christchurch for perhaps a flight over top Oz,
Good Luck with the book. We read Nolwyn Taylor's and were impressed with it.
You both deserve a very well earned rest. Brilliant effort
