After being back on Hvar, I decided to revisit the other island on my tour that I liked the most, Korcula. I convinced Matt to come, and it just so happens that one of the Norweigan girls that I was traveling with in Dubrovnik was also going to be on the island. These 2 days was more of a break for me to relax a little. The three of us had dinner that night at one of the many waterside restaurants and later went for drinks at Los Locos, the crazy bar that we all had fun at on the tour a week earlier. Coincidentally, the tour that I was on was going back in the other direction and I ran into our tour leader Kate and some of our pirate ship crew. Of course Kate told me that our group was much more fun and she wished we were still with her. After a few drinks we walked around the island and the old town before we called it a night.

The next day Frida and I wanted to rent a boat and sing the "I'm on a boat" song all day long, but alas, you had to have a boat license. So being the new expert on scootering, we decided to rent a scooter and explore the other sides of the island. This being the biggest of all the islands, there was plenty to see, with lots of mountains and beaches to explore.  We just drove in the general direction of where we wanted to go and let the rode lead us. We took one windy and narrow rode up the mountains and over, down into a beautiful cove with a small beach, surrounded by forests and mountains in the background. It was probably the nicest beach I have seen on my trip so far.  The rest of the day we spend scootering to the small towns around the island, stopping to have lunch in one of them. It was probably just as nice as my scootering around Hvar. It was a great day.
