The island of Brac is known for two things, its white stone and windsurfing. Stone from this island is exported all over the world and was actually used in the White House. The small town and forested walkways by the ocean were very romantic and would make a perfect honeymoon spot if anyone is looking for one ;) We walked about 2 km down the shady path down to the most photographed beach in Croatia, which is basically a penninsula with beaches all around it. From here we watched kite surfers zoom by and do amazing jumps, staying high in the air for what seemed like 10 seconds at a time. After dinner together as a group at a nice restaurant by the water, a bunch of us ended the night in a cool cocktail bar in the forest, kicking back and talking.
