Well, it's been a busy past week but we've officially begun our trip! We arrived in London this morning following our overnight flight from Toronto and will be on our way to Capetown, South Africa early this evening. Air Canada economy was typically cramped with poor service and even worse food. I also got a lecture from the Flight Attendant after requesting a Coke with my dinner. He was convinced Coke is evil with plans for world domination and that my beverage of choice was poison. He then went on to extoll Amy's more sensible and healthy choice of orange juice. The 'poison' still tasted pretty good to me though!

London is overcast and cold...go figure! I mean, how dare the weather not be perfect - we're on vacation after all! Hopefully our flight to Capetown will fix all that and this will be the last we need to worry about sweaters or jackets.
