well, this was the first break i took on my vacation so far. decided since I was in Bavaria, I'd go to the Bavarian Mountains. Nice place, although I was expecting it to be more Bavarian... Kimberly BC is more Bavarain than this place! But it was still great. Took a day trip up to the top of the mountain, the highest point in Germany. It was cool. The train made an ascent of about 2000m, it has a cog wheel in the middle of the track that the train uses to climb. It was crazy how steep it was. Then from the top took a gondola down the mountain (in about 5 minutes). Good times!
