17 days until the grand adventure begins. For now, I am packing up my flat in San Francisco (didn't I just pack a house in San Diego!), selling what I don't need, making mixed CDs and burning books onto CD, mapping and planning the trip, etc.

I'll drive down to San Diego at the end of the month, switch cars (i.e. drop off Moby and pick up the Little Guy). Space will be extremely limited, so I have a feeling I'll be packing several times to whittle it down. This mode of transporation should keep my Goodwill shopping to a minimum . . . yeah right!

Austin Adventure
We had a great time with Carol on her brief visit to our little town. What an incredible opportunity she has. Makes me jealous. To all who read, send her great positive energy to have a safe, and incredibly memorable time.
