The adventure has begun! Following a 14 hour flight from Atlanta, I arrived in Seoul to visit friends Cathi and David and new baby Susanah. I joined my friend Rebecca who arrived earlier in the week. She left today to meet up with our two other traveling companions. Cathi and I are hanging out this morning and I'm doing sightseeing and shopping this afternoon.
Day 2
Took an all day tour of the DMZ .... wow! At one point our tour group was surrounded on three sides by Communist North Korea. Had military guides throughout the tour. Visited the zone and hiked down Tunnel Three. Experience of a lifetime.
