According to Brazilians, the nightlife in Brazil, is meant to be best in Sao Paulo.

So far in Sao Paulo, Iīve been to a few pubs, bars, an outdoor party and a samba club. Whatīs missing? A club of course. So last night we headed out to a club called "Be Naughty, Be Nasty".

The music was initially House and then part way through the night it switched to R&B....what the??

Clubs and bars in Brazil operate differently in terms of paying for your entry fee and drinks.

For example, at "Be Naughty, Be Nasty", on arrival, we were each given a plastic card with a magnetic strip.

The club had an entry fee of R$30. If you spent a minimum of R$30 at the bar, you werenīt required to pay the entry fee.

Every time you order a drink, the bartender swipes your card and you have an electronic tab going on their system.

No cash is exchanged until the end of the night when you settle your tab (via your plastic card) with the cashiers at the club.

The system seems to work fine if people leave the club at different times during the night. It turns into mayhem if everyone wants to leave the club at the same time and the club security donīt quite know how to control the crowds of tired people. Check out the pics!
