Most bizzare moments : Attacking the locals in La Paz during the carnival with spray foam and water bombs. How Shannon managed to get Wi Fi and know what was going on in the real world wherever we were staying....and we couldnt!! Loren knowing all the words and dance moves to just about anything the bars were bashing out....when she lives 250 miles from the nearest town!
Most unexpected moments: Being attacked back by locals with water bombs and spray foam at the La Paz carnival. How quickly Jenneke burnt to a crisp despite copious amounts of sun screan and what with her being a nurse an all...ouch
Funniest moments,
1- Carol running down the street after a clown had just foamed her only to be ambushed by all his mates, oh man I nearly peed myself it was soooo funny
2- Zoe trapping herself in the mens loo in the dark, with no light and being given a penknife and lighter under the door, "What am I supposed to do with the lighter" she askes, "Set fire to the bloody door" was the reply, Duh!
Best moments,
Mac = seeing Machu Pichu from the sun gate...little did he know there was still 2 hrs walking ahead!
Mable = the cup of coffee after reaching Machu Pichu.
Most humbling experiance
Mac = home stay at Amantani, living in mud huts
Mable = having to say no to the street kids selling chewing gum
Most up beat moment
Mac = battle of the bands at Taquile Island
Mable = seeing Bri arive at the camp site last night of the Inka trail....alive
Hotels...
best = La Casona, Cuenca, like a 4 star
worst = Hotel Internacional, Nasca, like a toilet, but at least it came with a seat, which the others in the group didnt get.
Showers...
best = Ollantaytambo, Tika Wasi Vale Hotel....it worked and was hot
worst = Inka Trail, there wasnt one
Bets hair = Karen, the pink hair straighteners worked a treat.
Worst bed head = Luciano at any time of day
Food...
best = the Inka trail, amazing what they can cook in the middle of nowhere !
worst = soggy pizza in Chivay, in the dark and Mc Donnalds after a 10 hr trip to Cuenca...but Luciano loved it!
Most adventurous eater = Alex ate anything that once had a pulse.
Wildlife
best = watching humming birds feed
oddest = watching "Nutz" the dog feed....Alex said he wanted one just like him!
Big shout out to the group for making the trip sooooooo much fun, 36 days is a long time to spend together.

Shannon in USA, hope you landed safely, shame we missed saying goodbye, also hope you get well soon.
Zoe, enjoy your first safe ice cream soon and good luck getting your flat.
