Since our daughter had to work today, we had a lazy morning and then set out to find a few geocaches.
We then grabbed some sodas and met our daughter for lunch.  After eating she took us on a short walking tour of Cornell University were she is a graduate student.  The university is located in Ithaca with one of the many gorges in the area running through it.  Along Fall Creek which runs though the gorge is a nice waterfall, Triphammer Falls.  Just above the falls is Beebe Lake.  From there we walked to the gardens at the A.D. White house on campus and on to the gardens by the plant studies building.
After leaving Laura, we stopped by Ithaca Falls.  This waterfall is right in town.  We had visited this falls back in the spring before the leaves were out on the trees, so I wanted to go back while the trees had their leaves.
Finally we returned to Laura's house to relax before packing up Ember's belongings so we can make the final drive for home tomorrow.
