After 27 years of existence and going around the same territory, I finally told myself that it was time to see what's outside the Philippines. So I packed my bags and flew to Hong Kong with my aunts. First Stops: The Ocean Park in Wong Chuk Hang & Nam Long Chan and Disneyland in Penny's Bay, Lantau Island.
The dolphin show, the Atoll Reef aquarium, the Flying Swing, the Cable Car, the Sky Fair Balloon, the Dragon & the Mine Train roller coaster rides, the Abyss Turbo Drop - all these at the Ocean Park. Had the ride of my life, literally. Enjoyed every bit and every minute of it. Special mention to the Abyss Turbo Drop - it was like falling from the sky and getting pulled back again, and not just once, but two, three times. It felt like heaven. LOL!!! It was my favorite. Well, loved the Cable Car too. :-)
Mickey & Minnie Mouse, Donald & Daisy Duck, Goofy & Pluto, Winnie the Pooh, Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Cinderella, Snow White, and Alice in Wonderland - they all made my Walt Disney fantasy worth realizing. Hugging and standing next to these popular mascots was like being in the same movies that they were in. Hehehe.
The Festival of the Lion King (saw a lot of Filipino performers, made me more proud to be one), Jungle River Cruise, Dumbo the Flying Elephant, Mad Hatter Tea Cups, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Mickey's Philhar Magic, The Golden Mickeys, Space Mountain, Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters, Autopia, Orbitron. All these completed one fantastic fairy tale. Once upon a time...
