I had arranged to meet up with the spanish girls and a spanish couple here and we went to dinner last night with another couple that they had met. Now this went a little over my head but I soldiered through. They had a parilla, which is basically a mix of every conceivable part of an animal you can think of. The pile of meat that they shared between four didn't seem to shrink at all. It's a delicacy here to hang lamb carcasses in front of a charcoal fire. I'm told it's really tasty.
