Tada, and once again I have all sorts of great things to say. Well uhmm, okay just a sec. Right! So Prague, Prague is an amazingly beautiful city. We wandered around all day just looking at the buildings and statues scattered all over town. While there I sampled the famous Budvar and would like to say that it was pretty tasty. Most of the time we were there we wandered in and out of all the small shops that pop up in every corner and every alley. Suprisingly I actually bought a shirt instead of Tamara buying something. Of course she did pick it out and convince me to get it, but that is beside the point. One thing that was a bit annoying about Prague was that it was pretty damn cold, of course it is October now so what do you expect right? I don't think we really did Prague justice but we were in a hurry and couldn't spend to much time there because we needed to get to Oktoberfest in Munich. We did so great hitchhiking out and made it to within two blocks of Oktoberfest with only one ride. We are the luckiest bums around as far as I can tell. Tamara even got to drive the Mercedes on the autobahn, I was tired and didn't feel like driving. Oktoberfest is by far the craziest festival I have ever been to. It was great, most people were mildly drunk (some very drunk and sick) and wandering around happily singing. There were more rides than I can remember and of course the beer comes one liter at a time. So we wandered around the grounds ate a lot, drank beer, ate some more and finally found a place to sleep. Our second day of Oktoberfest wasn't that great because it was raining and everyone was in the beerhalls so that they were way overcrowded. It was still fun but the first day was far better. I suppose you really need to be there to understand just how cool Oktoberfest is. Anyway after that we headed to Heidelberg and have been doing a little bit of looking into bettering our financial situation. I am not really sure if we made in progress or not, I guess we will find out in the following weeks. This afternoon we will be leaving towards Belgium again to pick up some of our gear that we had left. We will most likely stay there a few days and then be off to Paris. I know it is a short entry but it doesn't seem like we have been doing a whole lot that is super interesting, sorry.

Your personal deity,

Brian
