Well today was good ! i've been working yea working down in the cellar with all the wines Herman wants them in a certain order....same grapes in same place, same regions in same place i.e. Tuscany....not Tuscany!! lol (as if I just lol'd at my own writing! So yea got all that sorted and were talking about a lot of wines, maybe 30-50 bottles maybe 10 diff makes and thats only the red!!
Hoping I've done it all right and he's pleased with it. My back is killing me as I'm 6ft 4 and this cellar...aint! so im crouching all day 9-7 today. all good tho.
I'ts started snowing here only light snow doubt it'll get and better tonight. My sources tell me Morecambe and Lancs has come to a stand still? everyone be safe only go out if you have to, and anyone with a board....get ya asses out there up to Borough Hill!
