Where I stayed
Santa Cruz, Manila
After Breakfast we walked around the neighborhood. Jerry then took us to a nearby housing subdivision that was an old Mango Grove. Now torn down, plots of land are for sale.
Finally we made our way to Manila where we we stayed at May and Jerry's home in Santa Cruz, Manila.
After settling down in our rooms we went shopping. We tried to go to Greenhills Shopping area but it was closed. So we went to a Marketplace of various shopping items, Terevista. We stopped of at The Fort, I would say a larger version of Sanata Row in San Jose. We took a short tour of May and Jerry's new condo which was still under construction. What a nice place since everything is within the vicinity and you don't feel like you're in Manila.
By this time it was pouring rain, but managed to find time to go to (MOA) Mall of Asia, supposedly the 3rd largest mall in the World. And from the amount of time it took us to walk from the car to the department store, it's a pretty huge mall! By this time it was 10pm. Supposedly on Christmas Day people go around from house to house (relative or strangers) greeting people "Maligayang Pasko" for any kind of money donation. And by afternoon people flock to the malls to spend their Christmas money on shopping!
