We awake and have breakfast on the Felucca and we sail back to the hotel in Aswan. After lunch we shop the souks and bargain for some scarves. The scarves are beautiful, all hand made by locals, with the nicest fabrics and colors. Then we cross the Nile in a boat for a camel ride. We get on the camels, which is a challenge on its own, and trek through the desert. It is very hot and it is quite a bumpy ride. I try to hold on as I feel myself sliding off with every bump in the sand. I happen to mention to the boy guiding the camel that I feel like I'm going to fall off and he responds "It's okay, no problem". Sure no problem. After our ride, on the way back to the boat, I see a group of locals kneeling in prayer. We walk over to the train station and board the overnight train back to Cairo. Here we go again.
