Time to go to cooking class! Check-out! Get out! And off we go! Our cooking class is called Hidden Hanoi.I like the name because it's like Hanoi is hidden. It's looks as easy as a feather but it isn't. It was hard as puting a brick wall together. We cooked all of that(except for dessert) It was a 2 hour cooking class. It was the longer then the other ones which were shorter. I cooked Tofu Balls. My mom cooked Vegetable Curry. My brother cut pineapple. And my dad cooked Bean Sprout with peanut soup and I can't eat it. We also made spring rolls. Eggplant in clay pot. And rice. We ate all of that. We ate dessert which was lychee and grapefruit and lime juice. It was the best cooking class ever!!!! Now take off our apron and off to the Train station. Then off we go to Beijing.

If you want beautiful, astonishing , and absolutely breathtaking, visit Ha long Bay. Located approximately two hours away from Hanoi, I can tell you it was well worth the ride there. Also on the way there we stopped at an arts and crafts factory that helped get jobs for victims of agent orange. When you get to Ha Long bay you see small hills dotting the horizon, and when we got there, there was a layer of fog just after the first hills. It was beautiful. We got on a little junk to head out on to Ha Long bay and the little islands just started appearing like rabbits. All on the way to the Grotto, which was out a ways, we were passing islands with life all over them. I went up to the deck and layed down for a while when we were about half-way there. But I came down quickly because I was starting to burn. Arrived at the Grotto ... almost, we still had a hike up a large hill to climb. Now we are at the Grotto, it was beautiful there were so many rock formations and so much room. There were pools of water and little waterfalls. Everyone was pleased. We started to head out of the Grotto and start to head over to the other side of the island where there was a cave. The cave was huge, and smelled of bat droppings. We head back to the boat and cast off and while we are sitting we have a huge vegetarian meal come to us. Yuummm!! After we stuffed ourselves with delicious food my dad, Stirling, and I took a dip into the water and then we headed back to the dock and got back into the car and relaxed all the way back to the hotel.
