Went to the West End market today- very cute, but it still can't hold a candle to the Saturday Oakland market :) I did make what could be my best hostel kitchen dinner yet: chicken/pumpkin sausages from the market and crunchy salad with coconut and chili mango dressing- yum!
Bargained with the handmade soap lady to get a bag of her scraps for $3; that should keep me clean for a while!
Took a long loop ride along the Brisbane River at sunset with a nearly full moon- beautiful! Best $2.37 AUD I've spent for 2 hours entertainment.
Heading to the Koala Sanctuary tomorrow...get ready for cuteness overload.
