Don:

Our first stop was the Hershey chocolate Factory in the town of Hershey.

There was a chocolate tour where you went on a ride through a factory and saw how the chocolate is made. Very Willy Wonka style Throughout the ride there were cows singing at us about the different ingredients.

After the ride we went through the gift shop and store. Chocolate everywhere! It is a shame we have a baggage allowance.

I found an entire section for Reese's Peanut Butter chocolate which I absolutely love. Some products such as Ice Cream topping looked nice but I'm not sure about the lip gloss...

We then drove for a while longer and got to the town of Corning. They are famous for glass, similar to Murano in Italy. We went to the Corning Museum of Glass and watched a glass blowing demonstration and then went through the museum. Lots of beautiful pieces through out history.

Finally the gift shop, we weren't really interested as it doesn't really impress once you've seen what they can make in Italy.

After some more driving on the bus we finally made it to the USA side of Niagara Falls. We went to see it at night all lit up. I didn't want to get my DSLR camera wet so I used the compact Canon. The photos didn't show up very well as I needed the monopod but it is impressive to see.

We then drove 30 minutes outside of town and checked into our hotel for the night. We have a 6:30 start tomorrow morning as we have to get through customs and cross the border into Canada.
