Good Morning Folks!
Tara here! I've been in the Dome for 15 hours now and I have to say, this is a blast!!! Actually, I'm already getting a bit wishy-washy about the whole experience thus far, so I'm not even going to get into it. After a fun filled night, at 12:50am Darren and I decided that it was time to go to sleep. That was also right around the time when a lot of other people had decided it was bed time too. How do I know this you ask, because the frat boys next me started yelling "shut the f*** up" at 1pm. Now, I know your all wondering...did they turn the lights off? was it cold? was there security? To answer your questions; 1) no, the lights never went off 2) it was wayyy to hot! 3) there is 24 hr security until Saturday. Though we went to sleep at 1, I didn't fall asleep until around 2:30. However, shockingly, I slept all the way to 8am. I probably would have slept later, but I was awoken by the women's lax team practicing to T.I.'s "you can have whatever you like" song. After that, Sean Paul came on and I was so caught off guard by that number, falling back asleep was no longer an option. Hearing the players yell, "ball ballballball! ball ball! baaaaaalll!," over and over again along with the coaches whistle every 10 seconds didn't help either. Actually, as I am blogging right now, the lax team has left the building and the mens soccer team has entered. I don't get to leave the Dome until 12:30pm, so come visit me...and bring me lunch!(please)
