I took a shower this morning and that was an experience, it reminded me of my days on the Coast Guard Cutter "Active", as the train was swaying back and forth and we made our way down the tracks. The only difference was I was not restricted to a "Sea Shower" rinse, turn off water, soap, turn on water to rinse to conserve water.
I am in the lounge car at 5:05am waiting for breakfast, they start serving at 6:30am. I met 2 women who were on there way to an art show in Pittsburgh to try and sell some of their hand made jewelry. She had quite an operation going on, she had a vise attached to one of the tables and she was meticulously wrapping and sculpting various wires around to make a collar. It was a collar that wraps around the neck and then attaches to a necklace in the front, I have a picture displayed at the bottom of this blog.
Well, I really don't have much to report right now but I am sure I will be posting more in Washington DC, enjoy the day my friends!
