Christmas has just been and gone with the exchanging of presents, laughter, debate and good times. There's nothing like a good chat about Britians social affairs sandwiched between the roast turkey with all the trimmings and Ice Age 3: Dawn of the Dinosaurs (which is not as good as the previous two by the way!). Anyways, for me this year, these things are what makes Christmas special and have been printed into my memory, because I am not sure where I will be for Christmas next year.

Okay, so now the practical needs take over. I have 20kgs baggage allowence to pack into a bag I last used which only allowed 14kgs of stuff into it! Oh No I hear you say, what will Debbie do now?!! Fear not, for at Christmas I recieved the marvellous gift of the 'Vac Pack' which sucks your clothes into half the size. Awesome! Although it could leave me wondering when in hostels especially, where is the nearest hoover?

. What do I need? I have made a list of extensive to do's, which is what... 18 days in advance of going. Whats the betting on it being a rush to the finish!
