Haha I lied, I still had to tell you all about Sandbanks, where we went on Sunday. Sandbanks (for those who don't know) is the most desirable and sort after place to live in the UK. I is a small sandbank that has been developed, houses have a view of the sea on one side and the Bay on the other. We actually don't see the big pull of Sandbanks there are a lot nicer places I could think of in the UK to live that are cheaper and not toffee nosed. Anyway that was really it, we had a drink while sitting on the beach which was lovely. Oo and then we had to drive back to Heathrow to surprise Phil and Meaghann as we were flying back up to Eddy on the same flight as theirs. Anyway we drove back to Heatherow dropped the car off (not the easiest thing to do around heathrow, no signs airport is massive, 5 terminals, car rentals are no where near any of the terminals....you get the picture) and proceeded to the Terminal 1 I believe. Went through security and started scouring the terminal for them, after going up and down the terminal we couldn't see them and figured they were still getting through immigration from Turkey. So we went and grabbed a bit at Pret-A-Manger and low and behold who ends up walking up behind us and surprising us a wee bit....Phil and Meaghann. So it was surprises all round! Well we flew up to Eddy and caught up on their 3 months of travel, great to catch up with them as we only had 24hrs with them. It was a great weekend rounded out with great friends and cousins. The only sad bit of the weekend was seeing Phil and Meaghan go back to Australia and also hearing news that our beloved dog Gator finally went to doggy heaven, he had a great innings of 15years. Anyway we are back to reality and moving on, so as I said in the last blog, York in 2 weeks!
