Well our trip today was very short, didn't even have time for a morning tea break although when we arrived Doug said I had time to make scones for morning tea - which I did.  The scenery was much the same as the last couple of days but the road was quite rough.

We walked along the foreshore into town and had a look around before lunch then we headed out to Phillip Island for a look.  The most western point of Phillip Island was spectacular and I hope the photos relay these magic views.  On the boardwalk around the point we saw some little penguins and birds nesting on the side of the hill.  We were able to distinguish the difference between the birds and penguins although once again the photo may not show this.

Of course no visit to Phillip Island is complete without a trip to the Grand Prix Circuit but scungie Doug wouldn't pay to enter the Motor Museum or the race track - mainly because he could drive, walk do anything he wanted around Mt Panorama but a bit like the Park Fees - he didn't think he should pay!

We didn't have time to explore Wonthaggi (with it's State Coal Mine) so we'll go back there tomorrow as it's only about 15km's away.

Weather has been almost perfect and we're still avoiding the rain.  I suppose it will catch up with us soon.

Any chance of getting a photo with you guys in it?
For all I know, you could be still sitting at home scamming pictures off Google.
