Started off with mass in English at Holy Rosary Parish next to St. Mary's University. I thought I was attending a Spanish mass, but the flyer that MACC handed out with mass info contained old information. I took a Sunday bulletin with the correct times to give to one of my professors.

Chuck and Monica saw Pirates of the Caribbean on Saturday while I was in Austin, so I went to a bargain matinee. What a boring movie! Way too long. They could easily have cut five to ten minutes out of almost every scene. I looked at my watch at an hour ten minutes into the film; not a good sign. Davey Jones and his creatures are just simply gross to be gross; plain disgusting with no value whatsoever. Johnny Depp is okay when you can understand what he is saying. Keira Knightley is good, but why is she pale in some scenes and tan in others? I know, I might be the only person who notices this abnormality. What a waste of time. I enjoyed the first one so I looked forward to this one.

Anyway, for dinner I decided to make another stop on my tour of regional eateries so I dined at a Whataburger. The Whataburger is similar to a Whopper only the Whataburger comes with mustard and no ketchup. Overall, a fine burger and the fries are way better than Burger King fries. I think I've covered most of the regional eateries: Waffle House, Jim's, Bill Miller BBQ, Luby's, and Whataburger. I will let you know if I find more.
