I felt burnt out after the Friday afternoon class, so I took a nice long nap. Feeling refreshed, I headed out to see "A Scanner Darkly" at the Bijou. Fantastic movie. Intriguing animation and funny lines.

I want to hit some of the regional dining spots that are not found in New Jersey, so for dinner I headed across the street to Luby's. This is one of those places that you see all up and down the Texas highways. For those not familiar with Luby's, it is a cafeteria-style dining establishment. I opted for a delicious almond crusted baked whitefish dinner plate for only $8.00. When you sit down a "waitress" grabs your tray and asks if you want anything else. She then returns to pick up your dirty dishes, so you end up feeling that you must leave a tip. Overall, good food at decent prices, so I would not mind returning.
