At the end of the 11:00 am mass, the departing students received certificates. I was "promoted" from the beginner plus class to the intermediate class. Based on ability, the levels here are: beginner, beginner plus, intermediate, intermediate plus, advanced, advanced plus.

After lunch, Chuck and I headed back downtown. We stopped at an art gallery I wanted to visit. Next we headed to the Tower of the Americas. We actually spent some time there walking around checking out the view from 750 feet high.

After the tower, we headed to the Riverwalk and took the narrated boat cruise. I did this before, but it was fun to do again. Following the tour, we ate in a steak place, Lone Star something-or-other, on the Riverwalk.

Upon returning to MACC, I settled into my lonely dorm room. All the other people in my dorm left earlier in the day. A new crop of people arrive on Sunday so I will have a new bathroom mate.
