Universal Studios had friendly staff, it was clean, BUT, wanting us to pay for their equivalent of the fast pass in Disneyworld was a bit of a rip-off, I felt.
The Spiderman and Harry Potter rides as excellent and there were a number of other rides we did not have the time to go on (or the grandson was too small) which looked like a lot of fun. We were there from the opening until dusk, when we were getting too tired to continue. All in all, a good experience, although in all honesty, we found it to be too commercial, as everywhere you turned, it was costing more money, and nothing was cheap in here!
