As Naomi was at work today and there was no electricity between the hours of 7am-7pm I did very little with my day other than read and plan the next few days adventures.

I went for a run around the village around midday which was a bit of a mistake in spite of the intense midday heat but still it was nice to get some exercise. Though the village of Posos is set in a valley surrounded by beautiful hills and volcanoes, however as there is only one main road that is accessible by foot the run was not the Utopia moment that I had hoped - still it was nice to get the exercise.

In the evening,  Naomi, Yoleene and Andrea and myself went to a local bar to watch Costa Rica play on the big screen; they won 1-0 coincidentally so that was nice to be a part of.
Before leaving the bar I headed to the toilets to relieve myself I of the pint of Coca Cola consumed during the past two hours. Now most men's toilets around the world have both a trough and a sit down toilet; however this had only the latter. Now the man that entered before me went for the sit down option which left me with a slight dilemma as the only thing that I was faced with was a wall. Now as I heard the man urinating it led me to two conclusions

1)      The sit down option was in fact the only toilet
2)      He was nervous about being followed in by me

As the bloke in question was a big burley hombre it ruled out the possibility of conclusion two which left me with one eventuality - the sit down option was the only toilet.
Now rather than leave the toilet moments after entering I took the risky option of making the assumption that the wall was just a very well disguised trough. It is now Thursday night and after much debating I still do know if I merely walked into a pub toilet and pissed up against the Landlord's/Landlady's supporting wall. I certainly know how to make an entrance.
