We went to Holyrood Palace,The Royal Yacht Britannia, The New Scottish Parliament and Edinburgh Castle with a church built there in the 11th century. We had audio guides for them all which enhanced the experience.
Funnily enough there are many roadworks taking place as the make a tram line through the city and too the docks.
It proved to be a place we really enjoyed and wish to return to sometime.
It is our last weekend and the family are all coming here to wish us goodbye or maybe making sure the aussie free loaders are leaving.
Although the rain is drizzling and not so pleasant today.
Hopefully it will be nice on Monday as it is opening day at Wimbledon and if fine will queue up early to get one last special day before flying on Tuesday.
So will see everyone soon so Sam and Mitch get cleaning we are nearly on our way home
