We are on our way home to the good old USA! We are currently on a five-hour layover in the International Airport in Johannesburg, South Africa. It's very large and brand new - built for the 2010 World Cup.
Everyone is doing great! We all are patient with each other and encourage one another.
This morning we had devotions with the staff and support staff of the ELCRN. It was a great way to end our time in Namibia. We began our trip in Namibia with devotions with the staff of the ELCRN and today we ended our journey in Namibia with prayer and devotion.
After devotions, we met for about two hours with the executive committee of the ELCRN, learning about their current strengths and needs. It was a very productive meeting as we search to continue to build our companionship with our brothers and sisters in Christ.
Distance traveled in Namibia in the van - 3116 kilometers!
Please remember us in prayer as we travel these mind-numbing hours to get home. We'll see you soon!
God bless.
