Menzingen, Switzerland

Our journey began with a flight to Frankfurt, Germany followed by a train to Basel, Switzerland where Tom picked us up and drove the rest of the way to the tiny village of Menzingen. Shortly after the train had departed, it stopped for awhile, turned around, and returned to the Frankfurt station. This was quite confusing and we got off the train to see what was going on. Fortunately a conductor spoke some English and directed us back onto the train, and then we were off. It made for a long day of travel.
