Where I stayed
Camped at the gas station
I am finally out of the rain!!!
I dried my stuff!!! - very quick. it only took 1` hour !! my sleeping bag really dries fast! I am so happy :)
Got almost to the border with Greece. Slept under the roof of the empty gas station.
I went exploring the lake and found locals fishing. I tried fishing - 1st time in 15-20 years :)
and caught about 7 fishes!! (Okun' in Russian). I was really happy! good catch.
The gas station guard let me cook at his place - so no need to make a fire in a gas station ;)
Fought evil bugs in the morning. Thank god I saw them at night and set up a tent - I spent about 15 minutes getting them out of the cracks and crevices of the tent (luckiliy outside) in the morning.
I have heard they can get inside the ear and it could b e really painful...
In the morning I caught a ride with a guy who owns wood cutting business here.
He invited me to try Turkish chorba (soup) and it was delightful.
There were 4 kinds (they don't eat pork). Chicken, beef, peas and some other meat.
I asked if it is 'beeeeeeh'. The cook said yes and I assumed it's either a lamb or a goat.
So it turned out to be Cow's milk producing meat (Vymya in Russian and I forgot the english word).
Well some time you gain and some time you lose :)))
Actually, it was not bad ... :)
