We made it to Amsterdam the city of.... art :)
After a killer triple connection train from Bordeaux to Paris to Brussels to Bruge, were
we stopped off for the belgium monk beer. The monks brew over 400 tasty beers... white,
cherry, honey and any other flavour you can think of... Dont worry, we had a beer for each
and every one of you :)
Aside from the beer it was a very nice place not to mention it had an extreamly cheap and
comfy budget hotel. We travelled for a bit with some crazy Texan guy, John... but are now
treking solo...
So battling a hangover we stomped into Amsterdam to be met by a horde of intoxicated
people, sex shops, coffee shops and ... but aside from the busy streets in the center of
the city... Amsterdam is really nice... the canals, the people ... its all good... Tomorow
we hit the Heiniken brewery then take an over night train to Berlin...
We plan on doing a boat or a bike tour tonight...
