Monument and the Pacific
Aviation Museum.
After taking in some history in the morning, we drove to the North shore to Kailua Beach,
recommended by Joe as his favorite beach in Hawaii. After spending 1-2 hours
there, we both agreed with his opinion. Very secluded in comparison to Waikiki, this hidden gem had long stretches of white
sand, clear blue water, uninhabited islets in the distance, all with plenty of
space to enjoy without feeling overcrowded. It was really
beautiful! We all drove to the airport to see Joe off on his way back to
LA.
