The old saying"time sure fly's when your having fun" really applies here.I can't believe we arrived here in SJDS a week ago.We haven't done a lot, but we haven't quit exploring if that makes any sense? This is the kind of place where you can just kick back and do nothing, or you could go on a different adventure everyday. Since we will be here for 5 more glorious weeks,we have opted to start off slow, and not try to jam pack every tour into our first week. After breakfast,
Ralph and Renda have offered to take us to Rivas today.It is a larger city for shopping,and sight seeing,with a population of around 80,000,and it is fairly close to the town of San Juan del Sur.The weather here our first week has been nothing less than perfect, with an average daily temp around 30 degrees(poor shivering peeps in Eastern U.S and Canada!) But there is that ever present cool eastern wind off the Carribean sea to keep it comfortable. I wish you were all here to experience the Nica lifesyle,it is not too hard to take :-)

We had a last minute change in plans today, and will travel to Rivas on Thurs.We didn't do too much today ,but we did enjoy lunch here.
