After Bunaken we headed to Lembeh for some world class muck diving. This was the first muck dive for us and we didn't quite know what to expect. I had visions of wading through sewage and piles of filthy rubbish to find these supposedly amazing critters. It was nowhere near as bad as that and it was absolutely amazing. We didn't realise until later but the stuff we saw is the holy grail of muck diving and people 'in the know' spend years searching for these creatures. Highlights were the mimic octopus (check it out on line - amazing!), flamboyant cuttlefish and coconut octopus.
We also met some great people who we ended up travelling with to the Togian Islands and spent the evening drinking and singing with the local dive masters.
