So after Santa Marta we took our shortest ever transfer to taganga. Turne dout to be only 10mins in a taxi away, but quite different. A small beach resort with a great beach and clear sea you could swim in. There isnīt an awful lot to tell you all about. We were stayng about 5m from the sea again whcih was excellent. Day 1 was spent on the beach then went for pizza for dinner. They had amazing fruit juices freshly made all along the shore too. We also saw georgie who came over for the day and would return the following day to spend some time here.
Day 2 we spent on the beach again. I melted the electronics in my MP3 player so no more music for the remainder of the trip. Dave didnīt really get the hang of sunbathing so read on our balcony instead. Met georgie at her hostel that night and had some drinks with the guys there. 2 of whom turned out to also be accountants; there are loads in South America. Went for a drink in town but decided not to go to the main īclubī as it looked like a bit of a dive and was pretty dead.
After 2 nights we decided to head off to Cartagena again.
