Less than 40 minutes later, we reached Caticlan. Took a tricycle to get to the port Jetty to board a trigger boat to reach Boracay. Wind swept hair, lovely deep blue sea and a view of Boracay island looming in the distance was a pleasant sight. Promptly upon landing on the shores, we made our way to Zuzuni resort. Then had a quick lunch at Gasthof, their mouth watering baby back ribs melting in our palate. Took a stroll along the coastline, went for a refreshing soak in the ocean, the crystal blue waters tickling our skin, the sun blazing in its full glory. Dinner was at the sumptuous seafood buffet spread at SeaWind Resort. A cooling blue margarita at Pier One to seal our first day in Boracay. For 5 days we enjoyed the sand, the sun and a lot of seafood. It was my first time to experience the white sands of the beach and now I'm no longer a Boracay virgin!
