Today's primary goal was to head over the Lions Gate Bridge to North Vancouver to visit the Capilano Suspension Bridge which is a huge walk bridge suspended over a river and forest. It was quite an experience. Very wobblyand i was just terrified I was going to drop the camera or something. Danny was happy making the bridge wobble which you are NOT allowed to do. We then took a long walk through the beautiful treetops at the park and took the new Cliffhanger experience which is another walk very high up. Photos will explain this better cos I know I'm doing a horrible job of it. Photos will come soon. We went back to the hotel to rest for a while after this adventure because we were stuffed from all the stairs and walking. I'm very surprised at hoe well my back and Danny's ankle have held up so far.

After a couple of hours rest we decided to take a walk and ended up walking all the way to Gastown which is north downtown, our hotel was south downtown. Picked up lots of goodies then had the fun walk back.

We found Vancouver to live up to it's 'Most Livable City' title. It's city is well set out. They have a lot of buses which run on overhead power lines. They have Stanley Park walking distance to all of downtown and near there is a beach. Then right over the Lions Gate bridge you are in the wilderness, this 10 mins from the centre of downtown. Food is the same if not cheaper than Melbourne and is very good.

Overall, i definitely warmed up to Vancouver as a city but still could't wait to get out and see the mountains.
