Chok Chai is a farm on the way to Khao Yai, but we went to Khao Yai afterward, so that's the city I put for the entry. Anyway. It's a farm. We went with Sai and Mam and it was cool. We got to eat steak and then immediately walk around the cows who I'm sure could smell the beef on my breath. Cows aren't known for menacing stares, but they're perfectly capable of them.

Sai milked a cow, which amused me. Pics are included. He also sat on a horse and was walked around a faux Western town like a little kid. Seeing the Thai version of the West was pretty funny, but I guess it's not much different from an old Wild West show in the States.

What else? There was a petting zoo of exotic animals, which had nothing to do with the Western theme, but I guess if you have some giraffes laying around, why not put them on exhibit. We also got a pretty graphic explanation on how to collect semen from bulls. It involves Japanese erotica, a strobe light, and tremendous amounts of body glitter. Who would have guessed?

Then on the way home we stopped at no fewer than 8 places to buy curry puffs because Sai wanted to know which place made the best. The answer? All of them.
