We arrived in Krabi in time to find out the last bus to Bangkok had just departed. 6:30 seems too early for the final bus to the capital to leave. With our plan to do an overnight thwarted, we were forced to get a hotel for the night. This allowed Lindsey to douse herself in aloe vera lotion and ingest as much tylenol as allowed by Thai law. I tried to buy her good painkillers, but no one ever wants to sell me any. Apparently I look either too shady or not shady enough.
So we crashed for the night and headed to the bus station first thing the next morning.
