Well, I got rid of my Vietnam guidebook, so I can't help you. If it's really important to you, then please visit your local library and demand that they buy a large print, photo packed, coffee table quality book dedicated solely to this building. When they refuse, tell them that your taxes pay their salaries. Then write your city councilperson (man is sexist) and demand that all library staff be terminated. When he refuses, take your case to the governor, then a senator, or a powerful aunt who has connections with important people in Washington from her days as a Virginia socialite when she had illicit affairs with rich and wild young men who have now come to run the country. If she can't help you, then I don't know what to tell you. Maybe google it or something.
