We took a bus to the trail that would lead to Morskie Oko (the Sea's Eye). The minibus was so bumpy but we got to our destination soon enough. It was 2.20 zloty for the entrance to the trail. So we began our walk....

It was easy at first with hardly any incline. We saw people there with strollers, older people, and the such. Morski Oko is a thing that just about every single Polish person living in southern Poland visits....so yes it is very popular. After a while, it began to get more steep. Every so often, wagons with horses would go downhill or uphill. We then got to a point where we were climbing on these rocks. That is where it got hot and sweaty. But in almost two hours we got to the Morskie Oko. It was extremely beautiful....basically mountains surrounding this lake. Even though there were a lot of people there, it was still very peaceful. What I really like about Zakopane is that any tourists or people that are around here are Polish, so you really get the cultural experience. You are constantly surrounded with the Polish language. So here we sat on some rocks by the lake and ate our lunch: bananas and crackers. On our way down we saw this little chubby kid raise his hands in the air, squeel, and fall to the ground because he was tired of the hike. haha all we could think was, "we feel ya kid."

Later on, back at Krupowki, I got another Gofry. You cannot leave Zakopane without having one of these.
