We are on the move today. We say good-bye to the group at Vacansoleil and thanked then for all the information and a wonderful time. We would highly recommend to anyone to check out their website and their camping tents.
We thought we were going along the coast but the GPS has us going inland. We change the address we are going to and eventually end up on the coastal highway. It was well worth it, again blue sky, water and green vineyards. We stopped several times for pictures of the sea side and also for a fruit stand. The cherries, strawberries, melons and apricots are now in and the prices were really good at the stand. Actually I went back for more cherries they were so good and so cheap.
When we arrived at Malgrat de Mar we couldn't find the campground where Vacansoleil have tents in. We did stop in at a grocery store to get lunch stuff, only to find out it is closing and no I can’t make any purchases. We drove on down the main town street and stopped in for lunch, and WC break and directions.
We eventually found several campgrounds, now the one we wanted, but settled in the small town of Pineda del Mar at the Camping Bell Sol. We are in the back lot, only transients are here so it is quiet. They also have a dorm, rooms and mobile homes to rent, a bit pricy though.
Now the facilities. They are separate! And the toilettes have seats and paper! What a find.
