Dance Happy's first trip was to Diamond Hill, Connemara. We got a perfect day for our hike, sunny, a little breezy and 12 degree C. A nice leisurely hike of 3 hours with stunning views along the route. Quite a lot of steps, it seemed like an unending staircase on the way up, so a snack at the top was essential, I recommend coconut macaroons!. A picnic at the base with a flask of tea was a nice reward.

We thought the facilities at the visitor centre were great including the picnic facilities. Another visit of the park will need to be planned to explore more.
