Well it's finally here, the night before we leave on our honeymoon. The two of us have been waiting our entire adult lives to go to Europe and backpack across the country to see as many countries as we can. When we first met and dated, six years ago, we both realized that we had the same lifelong dream to travel over the ocean and see different countries. Flash forward many dates, months and years later and we get to finally make that dream come true, together on our honeymoon.

So tomorrow we'll board two planes to travel 17hours to Dublin, Ireland and get to celebrate our first  New Year's Eve as a married couple. Both of us have Irish descendants, hence the reason we got married on St. Patrick's Day, so naturally the first place to visit in Europe on our honeymoon is Ireland.

Jennifer has the Mahoney clan in her bloodline and I have a distant relation to the Fitzgeralds of Ireland. Hopefully we'll get lucky and find some ancestors old castle grounds and claim our inheritance to the leprechauns gold...lol.

Everythings packed, camera is charged and passports are ready..... see you next on the other side of the Atlantic, drinking a pint of Guinness, singing "Danny Boy" or dancing a jig with my wife.

or as the Irish say...

May the road rise to meet you,
May the wind be always at your back,
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
The rains fall soft upon your fields and,
Until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His hand
