So, yesterday! We drove out to Toronto to meet our dear friends from Thousand Oaks, The Kotin's! It was very cool that our vacations coincided! And even though we are both always running behind, we got to have a few hours to play. We took a ferry out to Centre Island. What a great place! So much to do! We ought to have something like this in Thousand Oaks. Of course we'd need to get some islands.....They have a maze, a wading pool, fountains, gardens, geese & ducks, an amusement park, bike/canoe/kiyak rentals and more! We rented 4 canoes and paddled around Lake Ontario! Phil & Ben found a tennis ball and decided to bomb us with it. After and hour, we checked out the lakeside. Kids got to play in the sand and spash in the water! Good times!
We had to head back early so we could pack up and get ready to leave early in the morning.

What a fun afternoon at the Toronto Islands! It was fantastic to meet up with the D'amico crew on their cross country expedition! A great time was had by all. Happy travels D'amicos!!
